He married Jemima Switzer March 20, 1855. (Jemima Switzer reference 3523) (Jemima Switzer is #3517.) Jemima was born in Odelltown, La Prairie Quebec 1838. Jemima was the daughter of Edward Switzer and Sarah Shier. Jemima died 1878 in Kirkton, Ontario, at 40 years of age.
