228. Reuben⁷ Switzer (John⁶, Adam⁵, Martin "Ye Elder"⁴, Johann Michael³ Schweitzer, Johann Jacob², Johann Jacob¹) (#1057) was born 1813. Reuben died 1904 at 91 years of age.

He married twice. He married Mrs. Richard Harding. (Mrs. Richard Harding is #1146.) He married Anne Sparling Ireland, 1835. (Anne Sparling is #1138.) Anne was born Ireland 1813. Anne was the daughter of James Sparling. Anne died 5/3/1858 Blanshard twp, Canada, at 44 years of age.⁽¹⁹⁾ SWITZER-Mrs Ann, wife of Reuben Switzer,and daughter of James Sparling, who died in Ireland last July, came to Canada with her husband and family in the Spring of 1845, settling in Blanshard twp, where she died, the 3th inst., in her 45th year: survived by her husband and 8 children -May 5 1858 p. 122, O.
